I would LOVE to hit my goal this month :) I am 170 today!....164 is healthy for my height...and my goal...OR I want to walk./run 30 miles this month :)
I did pretty good I am roughly 168 now...so 2 lbs lost (80 total) ....
I also think I hit 23 miles last month (that I recorded)
may goal :
I want to hit 30 miles walk/run this month (already did 4 yesterday)
and 166 would be great! ( I want to be 164 by june 23 for keira's 1st birthday!)
