I would like to drop 8 pounds and do aerobics (via Kinect) again. Currently I'm not allowed to lift my left hand over my head or run.

I did well not drinking a soda once again. But need to work on my fitness and clean eating. But predict great things for April!
I did pretty well and learned a lot last month. I am finally balancing rest & exercise. *crossing fingers*
This month, I hope to continue that, and also continue with my (SLOW but steady) 5k walk training. I am up to 28 minutes, though it does take a lot out of me. :o)
I would LOVE to hit my goal this month :) I am 170 today!....164 is healthy for my height...and my goal...OR I want to walk./run 30 miles this month :)

I didnt really set any goals for the month of March. As for the month of April I hope to start working out more and eating healthier. I'm joining a Christian Group called First Place for Health. I hope to lose 10# during the month of April, but we will see.
