For Monday I got in about 2 hours on Walk it out for the Wii. Bit of an oddball day.
for Tuesday- today - game plan is Walk it out, YSFE 2012, some Kinect Sports 2, and fruit Ninja. Have to fit that in among tearing 2 dryers apart, and seeing if I can get one to work until I get paid.

I will hit the gym around 4. 30 minutes on the elliptical then 30 minutes of lifting weights. When i get home tonight I will play Dance Central 2 for 30 minutes. Love that game!

Good morning all I got my workout in early this morning and will be going back this afternoon with my son.....I really had a nice walk....this afternoon I'm going to do the machines...get that strenght training going....I will eat right today and stay on track....watch calories and make sure I'm under....

Really bummed out that I have not been able to exercise like I want to with this bruised thigh. I am hoping tomorrow it will have finished it's healing so today I am taking a rest day, Those wooden stairs did some nasty damage. Thursdays fall has cost me 3 days zi would have normally been active on. Allowing myself time to heal so I will just pick up where I left of hopefully tomorrow.

I know right? This week I am working on my strength training and been using my sister's 5 pound weights. If I don't lose anything, at least I feel good about doing crunches better (been a lot easier since I started exercising). emoticon

10 minute test-workout on an old ski machine that I now have access to. Yay!! :D My back was fine as long as I only used my legs!
