I'm definitely getting there! It's hard unlearning all of my old habits ;P

I actually felt quite a bit better - and I'd wished I'd left myself more time to walk! It was refreshing being outside, and the afternoon was a bit more manageable. Whether that had to do with the walk, or with things getting straightened out a bit at work... who knows? Maybe a bit of both :)

That is great Denise! I think that is the whole point of the challenge. You realized when you have too much going on and you got at least 10 minutes in. You are on the way to a new, healthier self!

Just curious, you mentioned having a stressful morning. How did you feel AFTER you walk?

Mine may seem like cheating, but it's actually not :)

I had completely decided NOT to do my daily walk - I had too much going on at work, and had had a really stressful morning. But, half way through the day, I realized that I should just get out and do at least a bit - so I got in a 16 minute walk. Hooray! :)

It was raining last night, so I used the opportunity to drive to Best Buy and get another fitness game. Ended up doing over 15 minutes of cardio, burning over 100 calories!
