Shadoza: My mother-in-law used to freeze her kids' lunches overnight and they'd be thawed by lunchtime.

Cirra: Maybe try tackling the sleep first? For me, sleep affects the food/exercise stuff in a huge way.

Well weighed in after not doing that for a long time and found that I am actually further fromm 300 than thought so the goal will be to be close to 300. Then next month be over.

Still not eating enough. I need a new lunch idea. Something that keeps well in the heat, but is easy to prepare. Any ideas?

It's halfway through the month, how is everyone doing with their goals? :)

Any difficulties we might be able to help you work through?

I am doing okay with my goal of not overdoing it. It's hard to rest sometimes when the weather is so nice outside. However, the days I've forced myself to rest have really paid off by adding more "able" days the following week. Yay!
One day I did overdo it by staying at a festival waaaay too long, even though I was terribly overheated. I did drink tons of water, but next time I think I will take air-conditioning breaks in the car. :\

My goal is to listen to my body.
Summer weather makes me want to play outside (read: exercise), but if I do too much I end up injured or unwell. I need to listen to my body's cues and rest.

290? Maybe. We will have to see if I got pass the 300 pound mark after coming back from Mexico.
