- Run 30-45 minutes twice a week.
.... Nope. Humidity was awful!

- Cook more real food, less convenience food!
.... We did cook a lot more than the month before. Maybe not as often as I would have liked, but it was an improvement.

- Have veggies every day.
.... No, lol.

- Improve my sleeping habits.
.... Yes, I did start going to bed earlier and sleeping better.

- Lose 10 pounds!
.... I don't think I did (based on my official weigh-in day).

I only lost 7lbs
I only walked an average of 4 days
I did drink my water could always drink more
I did cook more in and less eating out so I'm proud

What are your goals for July

1. I really need to lose 10 lbs this month
2. Walk 5-6 days a week
3. Continue on my water drinking
4. Eating in and cooking more at home
