according to my pedometer I am walking around 10 miles a week. I should be able to increase this. I will aim for 12 miles first.

Tema are you the only one doing this. You know what I was thinking and maybe you can help me with it. But I read an article that or I think I saw it on the Feed on G4 that people are more motivated if they get acheivement points. I think we could design a 1000pt month that breaks out accomplishments and they can be small ones like drink water for a week 25pts. and we can give them funny names. Just a though.
