I did "Pick Your Level: Fat to Firm Fast" by Michelle Dozois.www.amazon.com/Pick-Your-Level-Firm-Fast/d
I have always liked Michelle, as she is cheerful and helpful, but not to the point of being creepy/fakey.
This workout was about 40 minutes long, and was mostly circuit training (back and forth between cardio and cardio-strength moves).
The best part is that the video shows 3 levels on the screen so that you can choose which level you want for *each* move. One of the levels is even performed by a plus-sized instructor, cool!
It is available on Netflix's "watch now" feature, so I think it will stay in my rotation for quite a while. :)
