my main goal is to get in all my water. that seems to be the area i'm STILL lacking in. and of course to reach the next size down in pants. ;)

It's that time again to think about what goals you want to set for Jan...
I lost 4.3 lbs of my Dec. goals...so I would like to lose 6lbs in Jan...I feel I have the tools to do this with....
Second goal is to drink my 10 glasses of water every single day this month no excuses....
Third goals is to motivate and encourage as many ppl on sparks as I can...I'm seeing a lot of negative here lately
