I think that would be hard during the winter months to drink water.

the part i'm having the biggest trouble with is my water. it's always harder for me to get my water in during the winter months..

been having trouble with my goals this month. I have been in a funky mood since the sun is already down by 6pm and that is usually the time that I would be getting out of the gym before the time change.

1. Enjoy the holidays (instead of dreading them! :P)

I think I will have to add more specific smaller goals to this list.

1. Miniumn 3 days a week at the gym.
2. On days not in gym do at least 30 mintues Gold's gym cardio Workout.
3. Keep calorie intake under 2100 daily

My December Goals

1. get into the 160's
2. drink more water
3. stay on track with exercise.

1. Lose five pounds.
Luckily, since I'm in Japan, no Christmas parties for me really. And I'll be back home for a visit before all the end of the year parties start here, so no big food challenges for me~!!

2. Do my cardio five times per week, even though it's cold. T_T

3. Work up to drinking 8 glasses of water every day.

Weight loss Rewards:
3 pounds - 2 pairs of running shorts
6 pounds - New Running Shoes
9 pounds - 2 more pairs of running shorts
12 pounds - 2 pairs of new jeans (not cheap ones)

1. Try not to gain weight. Either lose or maintain through the holidays.

2. Spend some time with the family at Christmas and hopefully go see my nephew at his new RTC (farther away...of course!).

3. Spend the New Year with my gf and her son in Kansas City.
