After reading about everyone's love for lunges in last week's topic, I thought we could start creating some fun exercises.
Today's exercise will be the Zombie Mash, aka Whack-A-Zombie. Every gamer loves to strike down the living dead, so why not make it an exercise? Just imagine seeing those creepy hands and heads popping out of the ground and smash them down with your feet.
I've posted a spark link to demonstrate how to properly do this exercise. Just let us know how many zombies you've smashed today. (don't forget to log it to get your spark points too!)
