Wow. A little bit shy from the 200lbs lost mark. Darn. I was hoping for the big 200lbs. Way to go everyone. I have not gotten the results in yet officially from TEMA but when I do I will give out the rankings.

Hi everyone!
I was looking at the final results and saw that we've lost 140 lbs as a group.
140 lbs!!!
This is not an official number by any means (I think Tema and Lobo keep the stats) but it just goes to show the progress that we made as a group.

Final weigh in guys! Thank you everyone for sticking with it. There are times when things get frustrating, the scale doesn't move (or moves backwards) and no matter how hard you work, progress seems out of reach.
But like the old adage "the journey of a thousand miles..." weight loss takes that single step. Stop for a minute right now and just give yourself the right to be pleased with how far you've come. Look back over the last season, look at where you were and where you are today. Celebrate your success.
If you find you're not where you want to be, do an honest assessment of what you did over the last several weeks, identify the habits that you know you need to work on and make goals for yourself to work on them in this next contest so you can get even closer to where you want to go. I know I'll be doing this :)
Just remember - Celebrate first! you stuck with it. you made it through. You ARE a success!

Hi everyone almost done packing and guess what? My dvd player was broken in the move, my ps2 made it here but Kinetic and DDR are still in Tn, my car broke down this week so no new dvd player in the near future. But in other news I found my old scale not a digital but it says I'm 10lbs lighter than the digital though I know its probably not accurate it still makes me happy! I'm wondering if I can turbo jam in my dining room so I can use the pc to run it but I'm kinda scared I might knock out the table! So glad things are finally getting back to normal here and can't wait to get back into regular workouts. No one should ever have to move this much!!

I would think that the next contest would start July 31st just one week after this one ends. This one will end on July 24th. Once Tema gets back we will start the other one right away for the Summer/Fall.

I'm really sorry I'm not being more active team. Between work and the fact that I'm not getting updates, I'm just a little discombobulated.
I changed my workout and my diet and invested in a Polar F4 Heart Rate monitor (my old one was getting too big for me, it's was built for guy's anyway, but how the heck is THAT for some success huh?) Not out of 200-ville yet but am so close and my birthday is a week away!

I am excited this week! I think all the vacation food did me good!....I lost the 5 lbs I gained last week and feel good :) So the next challenge does it start right away? or is later on?

Hi everyone.
I'm going to away from computers tomorrow so I thought I better check in.
I'm on vacation this week but I was able to get some exercise in on Tuesday. Today we're going to do a lot of swimmIng so I'm hoping that counts towards exercise.
What's really cool is that my dad's scale says I was down to 166 yesterday. That's 1 lbs away from my goal weight. Today I'm up to 168 which is probably closer to where I really should be. I'm enjoying my vacation an so far I've been good with both diet and exercise. I'm hoping things keep going that way until I bet back home.

Hey everyone we just got moved into our new house and have gotten the internet hooked up. A scale is still being put on the back burner while other more important things are purchased. Everyone is doing great! Hopefully I will be able to join back in the next challenge.

hope everyone is doing ok. I gained a few lbs last weekend due to a tough day at the chinese buffet. I gained 4 lbs in 1 day!!! I've burned some of it off but I'm still up 2 lbs since last week. Next week I'll be on vacation visiting family in Southern California. Every vacation I gain 5-10 lbs but I'm hoping to maintain this time. To do this, I'm upping my exercise and jogging for 32 minutes every other day and jogging for 16 minutes on the 'off days'. Wish me luck =) I hope everyone has a great weekend!

Hello everyone I'm so sorry I haven't been online I had to suddenly leave town my father has had a stroke I will be gone until the 19th or 20th of July...please continue to lose weight and post them here...not my sparkmail as I will not be able to get to them...I will catch up with the weights when I return...again I'm sorry that I will be falling behind in this...but I don't have access to a computer...I wish you all well
