I've been away from a PC for a couple of weeks and sick on top of that...I have not done any real workouts but am restarting today. Will report beginning of next week for this week!

Running late on getting mine in...
I got 90 min cardio and 1 strength before I got sick last week. I think I'm finally getting over it and will try the gym tomorrow. I'm still somewhat "blah" today with a super bad headache, little sleep and the chills but it is better than it has been!

I'm actually really proud of myself :)

I was going to sign up for a gym for $20 a month that I'd probably barely use so my boyfriend talked me into getting back on DDR.

I burned 350 calories last night! Woohoo!

So now I plan to do this at least 3 times a week. I'll keep you posted :D

140 min walking.
Got a good workout over two days in the motorcycle safety course. I was pooped both nights and went home and to bed early. We spent approximately 8 of the 16 hours out on the riding range! It was fun!

Sorry to hear about the job loss! I know how it feels as I was released early last December. It is scary and depressing to be out of work for several months but I am in a better place and enjoy the job much more now (even though the position title is the same it is VERY different and more challenging!).

Sorry about the job loss. I may not know how it feels yet but I am sure it must be very stressful. Especially in the economy right now. My wife has been out of work for a while now. Does your state provide you with umeployment benefits. If so I would apply right away just so that you don't find yourself without money in the weeks leading up to your new job. Sure they will not pay you as much as you were making buts its something.

Oh I`m so sorry to hear that! Losing one`s job is always a stressful thing, and it can be rather will-breaking too.

In my experience, every time I lost a job it was because I was in the wrong place, and I got pointed in the right direction soon afterwards. Of course I could not see it when it was happening...

On the gym, worry not, you can do workouts at home and with no equipment. I use a DVD for cardio and spark demonstrations for strength training, and they work well. Let me know if you want the name of the dvd, you can find it in mininova.
