I hear ya, maintaining is difficult!

And swimming can be fun, once you build the habit, but oh boy is it though!

I've been light training for 2 weeks now. My muscles ache more without supplements. Starting Monday I will start training in the mornings at 5:30 am, I want to have more time in the afternoons to see my baby so I'm sacrificing my mornings. Went swimming on Saturday for an hour, they make it look easy on tv
