I went on vacation this last week out of town (details will be posted) and then came back home to a bit of a stressful situation followed by a cold this week. I'm really hoping to be well enough by Monday to get back on track.

It's not the paths you choose, it's what you do with those chosen paths.

is it in the rules to play catch up and do them again? I fell off track cause I did crunches one day instead of squats and it's just been busy since then. I really want to catch up tho

Use anything, like filled waterbottles if you don't have dumbbells for the lateral raises, even grocery bags with handles filled with something...

Too many BBQ's? Too much ice cream? Not enough walking, lifting weights or strength training?

Join us for a continuation of the July challenge-- do the number of reps that suits you best, or work your way up over the month. Do in 3 or 4 sets. All exercises demonstrated on SP, sub another exercise if you like...

Make a copy of the master list in a post, then just update each day with a 'DONE' as you do that days exercise so you have only 1 list to work from.
