So I know I haven't post in a day or 2 but I have some great news! When I started my gym membership 6 weeks ago I had 20 % body fat and weighed 180 pounds. Yesterday I weighed 176 pounds and have a body fat of 15 %. The guy that did my test was shocked.

Getting ripped one day at a time!
