Thought for the week:

Our idea of our ideal figure may be just as unhealthy as our current one. Think FIT not THIN

I pledge to log 300 minutes of cardio OR strength training this week (aim for at least 120)

nope, no problem at all!

if you use WW points, just make sure you stay in your appropriate range :D (meaning however many points/day you need to stay within)

we're going to stop and evaluate our fitness goals this week. We're all different, but with new members, this might be the best way to really look at where we are and where we are going
