we're going to stop and evaluate our fitness goals this week. We're all different, but with new members, this might be the best way to really look at where we are and where we are going

I pledge to log 570 minutes of cardio OR strength training this week (aim for at least 120)
3/16: 300 min (150 hiking, 150 walking
3/17: 50 min (30 bowflex - 20 walking)
3/18: 20 min (walking)
Tie one on for me
Water is the body's cleaning system. It flushes out toxins (and nasty sicknesses), hydrates us and keeps muscles and joints lubricated. Lets ail for 8 glasses a day. Give yourself 5 points each day you make it
I pledge to stay within 1300 and 1550 this week
3/16: 0 ( DOH!! I was at 1247!!!)
3/17: 5 (woohoo! 1327!)
3/18: 5 (1420)
