I worked myself back into ddr this week and started playing on super hard this week. Bowsers mix is insane to play with a soft mat.

Popping in to answer some questions :D

Question - what does it mean about 10 for beginner, etc. Is this the max number we can get a day or something?

Answer - No. It means if you are a beginner, aim to do 10 crunches to get the 5 points. If you are a higher fitness level, the bar is raised a little higher for you to get the 5 points (I have to do the max max number of crunches to get the 5 points)

If you want to do more, have at it. Make the number your BASE. aim to do that at a minimum. If you want to do more because you think you can, please do. Try to shake it up too - oblique crunches, reverse crunches and normal ones too :D

Question - Spark count weeks as starting on Sunday?).

Answer: Sure does! That is why this challange started on 3/2. If you remember what you did yesterday, feel free to log it :D This challange will also ends on the 8th which is this Saturday. Next week we'll try something new :D

Edited to add (ETA): I just realized I posted this today. So everyone can have a "freebie" on the crunches and workout for yesterday (3/2). Some people take Sunday as their work out rest day and I can respect that. However - we *should* all be eating our fruits/veggies and drinking water! So no freebies there!
