okay so i Completed Max Payne 3 and i have to admit it was a very satisfying ending to a series. The way the game flowed like an action movie with the game starting with a cutscene from the end that flashback to the rest of the game. Only to come full circle and end with a grand finale. Great game.

Okay so I finally got around to playing Max Payne 3 and I have to admit its is pretty cool game. The AI is very smart even on Easy and if you stay in one position too long they will try to flank you. The game you have to make good use of your bullet time and keep moving. Now Max Payne is also a detective game as each level you play has clues that you need to collect. Which sometimes with everything happening in the game it sometimes get easy to miss them. Which brings me to multiplayer. Now I have played a couple of hours of it and it is real tough. You really have to grind out the time to get the good weapons on it. They have ability called burst that lets you do special power ups when you get a certain amount of kills. the more of the equip perk you save the better the reward is later. There is one I have been using that is called Sneeky and it changes the color of your tag to match the opossing team color so they think they are on your side before you pop them. It is pretty well made for 3rd person and suggest putting some time into them. All and all Max Payne is just having anothe one of his worst days as he tries to protect a wealthy family in South America with some not so legal activities done in the back ground. The story starts with Max Payne taking a job offer to protect a wealthy family only to have the wife of your boss kidnapped. Now its up to you to find her in time but there is twists and turns along the way that changes max's character along the way. I wont spoil the game because it is fun and almost michael bayish with the action.

XPLAY gave the game a 5 out of 5 while IGN gave it a 9.0 out of 10.0. Those are some pretty good numbers if you ask me.

Let us know how you like it!

I just have to budget my gaming time more and well, try to play the games I already have. *shakes fist at Steam Sales* I have so many games now because of Steam sales. It's just too tempting to pass them up!

I'm so behind on the games I have now that I can't buy it yet. Well unless my husband wants it. emoticon

I'm agree with you about RockStar games! I think GTA V is coming out this year too, plus plans on a Red Dead Redemption sequel. *sigh* too many good games out there with too little time to play them! Then there's the evil Steam sales a few times a year. I'm doomed to never catch up on my games!

Show of hands on people picking up this game. RockStar Games has been so good lately with the games that they have been coming out with that it will be fun watching what they do with this franchise.
