Thanks for the heads up. I'll be downloading the Ram DLC this weekend.
I still haven't been able to find people to do all 50 levels of horde mode. People are always dropping out. If anybody ever feels up to it let me know.

Just to let you GOW fans know that they have discounted some of the DLC for GOW and some is a pretty sweet deal.....I just downloaded the entire weapons skin collection for 1800 points when it was 3600 points....and the three big add ons that recently came out is like 800, 560 and I forgot what the last one was
Not sure if it's just for this week only so hurry and check it out

I'm sorry to those that get the msg stating that my friends list is full. Just send a msg saying Sparkpeople and I'll gladly give some d-bag I don't like the boot. The only reason I have a few of those on my friends list is because they want to play for achievements with me - We use each other for achievement gain. lol

Hello my sparkpeeps: for GoW3, hit me up @YagerMonster420 and we can do some Locust curb-stomping together. I run with a group of friends who don't trash talk, swear (often) and we're not vulgar or hostile.

Thanks. I want to start over with Gears 1 tonight, doing co-op so I can get the achievements for being Dom. I am only missing one co-op chapter in Gears 2...and I don't know which one it is.

I loved Gears 3. I didn't get it when it was released. I just got my Xbox in June, so I had been playing catch up with games. Gears of War is my favorite game series.

I will be sure to hit you up on the Dead Island. I usually only get to play on Sundays. Lol thats like my given day of the week to play my games. I am using the asian girl that is good with sharp knives. I have my ninja skills up so I wont draw that much attention to allow me to stab them in the back. LOL. Great review for Gears. Thanks for sharing. Next big game will be the battle of the war games and batman. Let us know more about the game.

My opinion is a tainted biased opinion, but Gears 3 is sheer awesomeness. There were so many improvements. I was a big fan of the first Gears, then the second one was so rushed that it bombed as far as game play and glitches. They tried to implement the ranking system and it failed, countless glitches and the controls were (as the kids say) wonky and never smooth. Everytime I used my chainsaw, my guy would step back. I grew a bitter dislike for Gears 2, especially the boss fight at the end which was no challenge (EVEN on insane difficulty). The storyline on 1 and 2 were great though.
Now about 3. It was supposed to be released in April and got bumped back, of course I was upset initially, but very grateful now. Then the Beta came out and I played that for about a month and a half, great but still kinda glitchy, not smooth play at all. But now...
I really enjoy this game because the game controls play very smoothly for me, I can get my chainsaw out in quick fashion, there are so many modes of gameplay. You can be the Good guys and fight waves of enemies with 4 other friends in Horde mode or team up with your friends and play as the monsters attacking the good guys in Beast mode, even the campaign has 4 player capabilities. And leveling up is FAIR to those who play online and for those who do not. You can now gain experience and level your stats in ANY MODE OF THE GAME, even in campaign! There are plenty of perks, skins, characters, medals and ribbons to be earned and I'll have to wait until the end of my storyline to say how good/bad the final boss fight is. Gears 1 had the best final fight in a game for me, RAAM on Insane is impossible.
The only complaint I have about Gears 3 is (wait, there's two) that I have only gone on 5 hours sleep in the last 3 days, lol, and I have Dead Island in which I really enjoy and it's collecting dust for awhile until I can pull myself apart from Gears.
PS- I WILL get at least 8 hours of sleep today in about 2 hours.... I hope. Another PS- Hit me up LOBO for some Dead Island if you want, I'm using the melee guy right now.

Man that party in New York was pretty crazy. There were alot of Gears fans lined up to get the game. I never really got into the series myself but it seemed like a great series that came to an end. Give us your review when you get around to it. What are your thoughts of the game and what rating would you give it.

I went to the Modern Warfare 2 midnight release, great, fun and cold outside. People wanted to hang out and bs afterward, but I was like "skip that, I'm going home. Catch me online." lol Same situation with work also, I plan on getting the game, going to work and stare at the case for the whole shift, and THEN play the crap out of the game with hopes of getting some sleep. lol

I went to the first Modern Warfare midnight release and it was crazy but fun. Back then I had the best of both worlds... I worked third shift. I went picked up the game. straight into work and as soon as I got off I had the rest of the day today play.
Now that I drive for a living and for the safety of myself and other people on the road and or sidewalk I have decided to be the responsible adult and just get it after work. lol

You're to funny....I say be an adult.....then live like a kid....I'm going to get it the day it comes out but not the midnight release the only midnight release I've been to was the wii when it first came out and it was not pretty
Anybody is excited as I am for the release? I'm thinking about going to the midnight release of this game... haven't completely decided though due to the fact I gotta work that day. I know if I go pick it up i'll go home and play it and skip sleep lol.
Touch decision... be an adult or live like a kid? hmmm. I'll get back to you on that lol
