Scroll down to team goals:
Then left click on a goal, such as "Get 8 hours of sleep a day"
and you can see what everyone has done.

No you should be putting in the amount of hours that you get each night. This then shows you what your pattern is each week. For me I never get enough sleep during the week but I can usually more than make up for it on the weekend!

Get 8 hours of sleep per night.

I have been putting a 1 in that field; meaning, yes, I got 1 good nights sleep.

However, I joined the same goal, for another Team, and it's structured differently.
Now I'm wondering ...
Am I supposed to be putting the actual number of hours or a 1 for the whole night?
