2012 is almost gone. We are going into a new year. So what are your plans or goals? What will you change? I'll start it off.
I am going to be coming to Spark more. Will be juicing more and eating more whole foods. I'm going to try to eliminate gluten. All of these are things that make me feel better.
I will spend more time in the pool. Adding rebounding in the mornings, as well as adding back my yoga. I'm also going to try dry brushing. Would also like to add more dancing.
Spiritually, I'm going to be more consistent with prayer and meditation in the mornings.
