Hello Corona Spark Team, I'm your new coach, yet I've been sharing & coaching tips surrounding this topic of "Eat Less, Move More" since 2009 in the Greater Corona Valley region. Every day that a question or thought-provoking reply comes to my attention, I will post a new tip. Today's tip regards the forum subtitle: Fitness Buddies. You'll find it easier to schedule a workout, and less likely to skip it, if you have a regular day or days you agree to meet at least TWO others at your designated starting point. By knowing someone else is counting on you, it holds you accountable. It also keeps them in check. I call this a win-win. Coach Sol

I will also try to prepare healthier meals and bring better food choices into the home for my children and Husband. I still make those quickie meals for them at times and I have to admit, indulge in every once and a while:(
I will also see my goal weight this year no matter what and will continue to maintain it once achieved! I hope to include my kids in this more often ie. going to the park, walking with me etc.
I will also, finally, get my home in order! I have been working very hard on organizing and getting rid of clutter and it seems to have come easier to me since I have lost weight. I still do struggle at times but my husband has just jumped on the band wagon to help me:) The only thing is, I feel like everything has to become a blazing mess before it can get better? Any thoughts on that one?
I am commiting to living a healthier lifestyle. I want to eat healthier and get exercise in to my daily life. I want to get my family eating healthier meals. We will eat out less often and I will bring good foods into the house!
Hi Corona Chicks (& Chucks?) I am ready to get moving and grooving into a super fine 2009 with all of Corona becoming fit and fabulous! I was hoping everyone could make a statement about one or two of the goals they have for the year. Mine are to eat less processed, cheap junk and to move my body at least five minutes out of every hour I am awake. What are you committed to do?
