As the protein the morning I make a coffee protein smoothie, here's the deal:
* 1 Scoop EAS Chocolate Whey Protein (Sams Club or Body Fortress at Walmart)
* 2 oz of Unsweetened Almond Milk (Substitute regular or soy)
* 1 8oz cup of hot coffee
* Organic Vanilla extract (optional, small amount 1/2 tsp)
Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend for 5 second. Pour, it is Super Foamy like starbucks. Add a lil cinnamon on top for that cafe look!
