How about a manicure, pedicure, new nail polish, new lipstick, magazine, book, time for yourself, try a new kind of tea/coffee/flavored water, app for your phone or tablet, or some other small thing you like. I avoid food but will do the coffee/beverage thing.
My weight loss goal is 70 pounds and when I get there, I plan to treat myself to a whole new wardrobe. Even splurging on some spendy items. After all, I deserve it, right? Well, to keep myself motivated, I have decided to get myself a reward for every 10 pounds I lose. I don't want to get myself new clothing because I plan to shrink out of my clothes to reach my goal weight of 140 pounds... Any ideas on rewards I can give myself when I reach my small goals, besides jewelry... Trust me, I love my bling!
