This is a challenge to lose 5% of your body weight in 8 weeks. Every week features an individual challenge (IE do 50 sit-ups everyday or track your food everyday). There is currently 4 teams that will be competing, I am co-leading the Cloverleafs. You are more than welcome to join and request whatever team you'd like to be on. :)
