For the year of 2009 I hope to make this lifestyle change a permanent one. I want to make exercise and healthy eating a daily occurrence. I want to develope a closer relationship with my Father in Heaven. Most of all I want to get in tune with my spirit and learn to trust her, and let her guide me, instead of letting my natural self lead me around.

I really hope to eat more "thoughtfully". I "get" how to eat healthy- just don't take the time to do it - grab things on the run, or pay only attention to "cravings". If I can plan out at least 1 day ahead, I think I can curb this destructive habit of mine! Good Luck All emoticon

I think in 2009 I will start to work more on my toning, I've lost the weight and now I need to loose the flab emoticon Also I want to make sure i maintain. Last but not least I want to follow the purpose I know that God has for me. With out Him in my life I would not be where I am now.

Didn't even know you were on this team. I got the Mastercook 9.0 Deluxe software. It's pretty inexpensive and so far I'm pretty pleased with it.

Motivation without information is useless.

For the last couple of years I have been expermenting with recipes and cooking and substitutions to come up with more nutritious and lower calorie recipes. Some have worked and others haven't. Right now I have recipes all over the place, anything from electronic formats to scribbles on scrap paper. One of my projects for 2009 is to have a better process for testing and documenting new and modified recipes. My daughter gave me some recipe management software for Christmas so in 2009 I will be using that to organize and format both new and existing recipes.
