You win this round Christina! I was up a pound after the 4th of July weekend, my birthday and my nephew's birthday - it all did me in! But I plan on losing it by next week! I'm a little mad at myself because this is the first week since January that I haven't lost at least something! But, shake it off and get back on track!

Weigh in day - I am at the same still. I think that I might need to change the battery in my scale since it jumps all around at times and I have actually upped my cardio over the past two weeks. Oh well, I will get a new one again and at least it is not saying that I gained.

I know that I am not in this anymore because my weight went up due to the hormonal hell I am in but my current weight is 110.2 which is a 4# loss! I just wanted to share. You are all doing so well - keep it up!

I've been keeping a weekly goal sheet for three weeks now and its really been helping me keep on track. Also, I know it sounds counterintuitive, but weighing myself daily (I think I read the suggestion in Prevention magazine) has helped me be more aware of my body.
