I managed around 400 minutes last week, which is what I am aiming for.

I did 30 minutes on my elliptical and a 20 min. walk through the pasture to check for new calves. No knew calves yet today.

Get up and get moving!

Yes, 210 in a week is very doable (I already have 230 this week)

I've logged 150 minutes so far this month. I love my ipod nano, it logs all my workouts and minutes.

So shouldn't we aim for 210 minutes a week? or are you only going for a month?

The American Hear Association recommends 30 minutes of exercise a day for adults. That's 210 minutes of movement a week.

So this month challenge is getting 210 exercise minutes in every week this month. If you are already active aim higher, just starting out or rehabbing an injury decide what is good for you.

So let's get moving.
