I'm with you Jennifer and Deb..I have been having such a problem with SP and them not letting me get on line and all, that I forget when I ate things and exactly what.
I have had in the last week:
Pineapple, cantaloupe, watermelon, pickles, corn, green beans, strawberries and celery and radishes.

If we saw all the difference even the tiniest of our prayers make, and all the people those...prayers were destined to affect...we would be so paralyzed with awe...that we would be unable to get up off our knees for the rest of our lives.

Ok me to I can tell you what fruits and vegies I have eaten this month , but have no idea when I ate them.


Red - Strawberries,tomato
Orange - Orange
Green - lettuce , spinach, green beans

I've been doing great the last week, but I've been too busy to post everything! I'll tell you guys what, I'm going to "concede" on the points part, and just post the fruits and veggies I get in when I have a chance.

Anyway, today:

I know that everyone gets busy this time of year, so I want to do a challenge that is easy to do, but will help keep up healthy with all the running around!

Okay, this is going to be a lot like our other "eat the rainbow" challenges.
You get one point for each color you eat each day-
red, orange, yellow, green, blue/purple

So, a possible total of 5 points each day.
The person with the most points at the end of the month is getting a serious Sparkgoodie!

Come and post often so we all know how we're doing!


Example:
On the first, I ate a red pepper, lettuce, cucumber, and some prunes. I get 3 points (one for red, one for green, and one for blue/purple).
On the second, I ate blueberries, prunes, orange, and apple. I get 3 points again (one for blue/purple, one for orange, and one for red).
So, far I have a total of 6 points.
Easy as can be!
