I know that everyone gets busy this time of year, so I want to do a challenge that is easy to do, but will help keep up healthy with all the running around!
Okay, this is going to be a lot like our other "eat the rainbow" challenges.
You get one point for each color you eat each day-
red, orange, yellow, green, blue/purple
So, a possible total of 5 points each day.
The person with the most points at the end of the month is getting a serious Sparkgoodie!
Come and post often so we all know how we're doing!
On the first, I ate a red pepper, lettuce, cucumber, and some prunes. I get 3 points (one for red, one for green, and one for blue/purple).
On the second, I ate blueberries, prunes, orange, and apple. I get 3 points again (one for blue/purple, one for orange, and one for red).
So, far I have a total of 6 points.
Easy as can be!
