I am so sorry that I have not been on here to post and keep the team active. I have been sick and not feeling well for about 2 weeks not and therefore have not been getting online. I will be doing better as I am trying to get more people envolved with the team. I think we should set an exercise minutes goal. Maybe 90 minutes a week for July. That's 3 days a week at 30 min. or however you would want to break it up I think that is a reasonable amount. I know that it has been very hot in our area so please be careful but don't give up on your goals.
