We have 29 days in February this year, and we're going to make it count. Wherever we are on our journey toward health, we are here to support each other. Here is the plan:
1. Commit to the number of minutes you will exercise this month and share with the group. Report each day how many minutes you exercised and what you did. (You decide what counts for you as far as exercise.)
2. Track your calories each day and share with the group at the end of the day how you did. (If tracking calories is not part of your plan, please substitute your own nutrition goal and share with the group.)
3. Answer the question that will be posted each week about yourself. We have not been successful about building relationships in this team. As we learn more about each other, I hope we will be more comfortable sharing and supporting each other.
Please do your best to post daily. This will only work if we commit to participating. Even if there are only a few of us, we can still support one another.
