Well Spring is here and it's time for a new challenge.
April has 30 days which gives us 30 opportunitities to fit in 'rounds' of fitness.
Here's what I propose - for the month of April we will do some sort of physical activity every day for 30 days straight. Do your normal workouts, but on your 'rest' days do something phyiscal - like a walk, some stretching, yoga for at least 15 minutes. On regular days lets do a mininmal of 30 minutes of physical activities.
Who's with me?? It's only 30 days! You can do it!
Copy and paste the following chart into this post as a reply and then simply edit it each day with the type of workout and the length:
Day 1: Weight Ciruit - 35 mins/ 5k Run - 35 mins
Day 2: Circuit Training/Cardio (Bootcamp) 41 - Abs - 15 mins
Day 3: Weight Circuit - 38 mins
