You'll get there. On a good day I can race-walk it in 28 minutes.
I want to be able to run the 5k part of a sprint in 30mins!
I want to lose between 10-15lbs before my next triathlon, lose a little of the jiggle and some time too haha. I need to watch my diet- that is where my problem is. I also wish I had someone to train with. It is easier to get up early and ride/run/swim wiht someone then by yourself.
I have some serious control issues with dieting, so this time around I am really focusing on training and nourishing my muscles. I find that I do better at my nutrition when I am working out hard and need good nutrition to put in my body!
My short term goal is just to get back to training routine. What was once easy seem so hard right now!
I´m already watching my diet so all there´s left really is to get myself out on the road running, biking and swimming.
I´m pretty sure that after 3 - 5 weeks training consistently I´ll get enough momentum and not stop.

04/11/2009 - 24 hour cycling challenge
03/27/2010 - Ironman 70.3 California
5k - 17:50
10k - 37:20
1/2 Marathon - 1:34:22"
1/2 Ironman - 5:20
Ironman - 11:44
In the short term - I want to lose weight before my hard training begins, since I know it is difficult to lose weight while training...
So - I have 2-3 months of serious weight loss ahead of me...
I have a weight goal of 142 for the year, but hope to be in the 160's for the race season.
What about you?
