I want to lose between 10-15lbs before my next triathlon, lose a little of the jiggle and some time too haha. I need to watch my diet- that is where my problem is. I also wish I had someone to train with. It is easier to get up early and ride/run/swim wiht someone then by yourself.
I have some serious control issues with dieting, so this time around I am really focusing on training and nourishing my muscles. I find that I do better at my nutrition when I am working out hard and need good nutrition to put in my body!
