My short term goal is just to get back to training routine. What was once easy seem so hard right now!
I´m already watching my diet so all there´s left really is to get myself out on the road running, biking and swimming.
I´m pretty sure that after 3 - 5 weeks training consistently I´ll get enough momentum and not stop.
