My wife and I treated two of our daughters to dinner at Anthony's in Seabrook, NH last night. One of our daughters lives in Australia and she is visiting with us for three weeks. It was a good event. We enjoyed the good food and lively interaction.
We usually avoid the national chains. This restaurant did not post any nutrition charts, I do not think we over-did it on the calories either.

Hello North Shoreians!
What restaurants do you like that are condusicve to spark tracking? Most chains now have nutrition info posted, but are there any in particular you like? How about local restaurants that have good choices, even if info is/isn't posted?
It is not fair to ask of others what you are not willing to do yourself.
