Wow - I really liked the first video of the kick box routine. That is a great workout. I tend to just walk for my exercise, but I think it would be fun to add a few of these workouts to my exercise. Thanks so much for making the videos and sharing them with us. This seems like a good way to keep myself motivated. I look forward to checking out the other workouts.
It's ok, it's at your pace. I just want everyone to keep the body moving. The more you move, the more calories you burn. Have a wonderful day everyone.

Sorry, I didn't get it done after all. I spent four hours this morning volunteering @ Blue Jay Point, a county park here in Raleigh. We created berns along the walking trail.
Afterwards my youngest son and I took his new "used" bike to REI for an exchange of pedals and a checkup. Of course, we had to put it to good use, we spent the next three hours (two of them riding) on the greenway.

The video looks fun! I'll try it this evening or tomorrow. I already use the shortcuts to sculpt your body fast. I picked up on some of the shortcuts from my trainers, the others from the article I read previously and other information obtained on SP.
