I need to track everything. I've been trying, but I'm bad about not entering dinner. Either I forget or it's something (a creation of mine) that I don't know HOW to track.

I am having the same issues as Cindy. I have to track everything and it has to be accurate.

Behold the turtle, he only makes progress when he sticks his neck out.

Baby Steps will get you to the same place as giant leaps as long as you are going in the right direction!!

I have become obsessed with my BP numbers. I am supposed to track it a few times a day for my doctor but I find when it is climbing I tend to sit and relax far more than I probably should. I am afraid to end up in the hospital again. But...if I keep doing that...that will happen anyway eventually. It is time to "walk" through the fear.

My obstacle is "fudging" on portions and sneaking a snack and not recording it on the nutrition tracker. I can remove this obstacle.
