This is something I used to do religiously when I was hugely successful on SP!! SO - I am going to use it as a challenge for the Team.
Start a gratitude journal. You can use the SP planner like I used to do....or you can write it down in an actual journal. Or perhaps do a gratitude blog.
But it is good for the soul to remind yourself everyday of the blessings in your life. Give it a try for at least today-- If you don't want to start a journal - consider posting here one thing that you are grateful for today.....
