I picked this challenge before the bottom dropped out of my world(blog forthcoming)....but I'm going to try to do my best anyway...
Monday - 30 minutes on recumbent bike in the am
Tuesday - 30 minutes on the recumbent bike in the am and a 20 minute WiiFit jog in the pm
Wednesday - 30 minute on the recumbent bike in the am and 20 if the same in the pm
Thursday - 30 minutes on the recumbent bike in the am and 20 minute WiiFit jog in the pm
Friday - 30 minutes on the recumbent bike in am. Going out of town Friday pm - God Willing
I need to get back to doing strength training also - but that may have to wait until next week.
