Well--
I picked this challenge before the bottom dropped out of my world(blog forthcoming)....but I'm going to try to do my best anyway...
Monday - 30 minutes on recumbent bike in the am
Tuesday - 30 minutes on the recumbent bike in the am and a 20 minute WiiFit jog in the pm
Wednesday - 30 minute on the recumbent bike in the am and 20 if the same in the pm
Thursday - 30 minutes on the recumbent bike in the am and 20 minute WiiFit jog in the pm
Friday - 30 minutes on the recumbent bike in am. Going out of town Friday pm - God Willing
I need to get back to doing strength training also - but that may have to wait until next week.

Behold the turtle, he only makes progress when he sticks his neck out.

Baby Steps will get you to the same place as giant leaps as long as you are going in the right direction!!

Monday: fitness DVD
Tuesday: depends on the weather; I would like it to be tennis
Wednesday: going to a conference (Wednesday through Friday) so walking
Thursday: walking or tennis (depending on the free time at the conference)
Friday: That's a new month!

Great idea, this might really help me.

Monday 30 minutes on the elliptical 10 minutes walk/jog on treadmill emoticon
This worked out well for today. One down four to go

Tuesday 15 minutes weights 30 minutes swimming- goose egg

Wednesday gym class or a walk that was the plan instead I swam for an hour

Thursday swimming
Friday walking with Tula weather permitting.

Ok here goes.

Monday: treadmill 20 min. before work
Tuesday: elliptical 15-20 before work
Wednesday: Bike
Thursday: treadmill 30-40 min. I do go to work till later
Friday: Whatever i feel like by then.

My aim this week is to get in a walk or two during lunch. Raining this morning so we shall see.

Today - Figure out what your projected fitness plan will be for the week and post it here. It doesn't have have to be perfect or exact. But you are more likely to do it if you give voice to your plan!!
