Thursdays unofficial plan
There's a Pilates class at the gym at 11 am with an intro to weight training right behind it.
I would break my arm patting myself on the back if I did both of these classes. I have personal space issues and if its too crowded I won't be able to stay. See how I give myself an out there...? But if I can't do the classes I'll do some cardio and swimming. So there will be exercise, just not sure of the format!
