Today my husband and I are going to go swim for an hour. He's never gone to the gym with me before, so a day of firsts.

Update: the swimming went well. It was fun having Rocky there. Gosh I highly recommend swimming as a good mood enhancer!

Thursdays unofficial plan
There's a Pilates class at the gym at 11 am with an intro to weight training right behind it.
I would break my arm patting myself on the back if I did both of these classes. I have personal space issues and if its too crowded I won't be able to stay. See how I give myself an out there...? But if I can't do the classes I'll do some cardio and swimming. So there will be exercise, just not sure of the format!

Update wow I actually did what I said I would do YAY!

Love working on abs and core! My weight gain is all in my abdomen (Ugh)! Also, love using my stability ball.
Thanks, Pam!

Last week we did exercises for different areas of the body.
This week we are just going to work on our abs and core. And I thought it might add some challenge if we worked on a ball this week. If you don't have a ball - you can do most of these exercises without the ball or you can do an ab exercise that doesn't require a ball.

Day 5- Today's is a stretch to end the week! It does NOT require a ball
