There are TONS of healthy snack recipes on SparkRecipes....a couple years ago I made healthified onion rings and cheese sticks. There were very good!!

Behold the turtle, he only makes progress when he sticks his neck out.

Baby Steps will get you to the same place as giant leaps as long as you are going in the right direction!!

Well, you could dip veggies in the "good looking" dip. We are entered in a chili cookoff, so we cut and chopped and sauteed and sizzled this afternoon getting that special pot of chili fixed.
Tomorrow night is the big event!

I am usually so full I don't want to snack, but unless David decides he wants to watch,
we probably won't. I did find a good looking recipe for a dip tho....LOL....of course I
cannot have chips......but oh well...
