Great idea! Since I find it nearly impossible to do jumping of any kind I'm in for 3sets of the dreaded jumping jacks!

Hmmm - An interesting idea! I'll give it a try. We have a new copier at work and now we have to click on print two times instead of one. One of my co-workers found this so difficult that every time she forgot and walked to the copier only to find NOTHING - she started doing 20 wall push ups every time she forgot!! She doesn't forget too often now!!!

Behold the turtle, he only makes progress when he sticks his neck out.

Baby Steps will get you to the same place as giant leaps as long as you are going in the right direction!!

3x throughout your day either jog in place or do 25 jumping jacks. This will keep your metabolism revved up! (I do this after using the restroom while I am drying my hands).
