I do these as part of my regular strength training, but while holding 5# weights behind the knees. Certainly didn't mind a couple extra sets. Thanks!

Done---But you can give them a little different name...or even do them a little differently - but they are STILL crunches-----YUK!

Behold the turtle, he only makes progress when he sticks his neck out.

Baby Steps will get you to the same place as giant leaps as long as you are going in the right direction!!
