I am proud that I am sticking with this. I've had my ups and downs, but have stuck with SP and know I can do this...it's just taking longer than I like!
Congrats, Tazz, to be able to buy your own home is great. Jeannie, you are learning everything in moderation. Good for you. Pam, you'll lose those pounds again...sometimes we just have to reassess to get back to where we want to be. Darlene, you are amazing! Good for you. I've known you for awhile and know you've struggled, but it's paying off. Cindy, you're in great shape and I know you've worked for it! Michelle...way to go!
We all should be patting ourselves on the back and be very proud of ourselves.

Oh gee..........CONGRATULATIONS TAZZ46 on being able to buy your own home.....
Well, obviously I am proud of my losing 14 pounds in the last 30 days, I am also proud my motorcycle chaps are in a new belt notch, and I am proud I now have to wear a belt to keep my trousers up.....because they slide right off my hips.......(yes, I am LAUGHING)
What I am mostest proud of?????? My husband, David. He has encouraged me when I faltered one day and he has cooked for me so I can have healthy healthy low calorie food........he made me a fresh pot of home made veggie soup yesterday, and I appreciate his support more than I can say..................

Good Job MALEXANDER!!! Hey---If WE don't toot our own horns....NO ONE is going to TOOT for us!! I am proud of the 60 pound weight loss that I have experienced in the past. AND - also proud of keeping off 36 of those pounds for two years. Yes - I have to re-lose 24 of those pounds....but that is secondary to the success story!! That is the next leg of my journey.

We are taught not to "toot our own horns". However, today's challenge is to tell something about yourself you are proud of! It can have to do with weight, inches, health or be something completely off the wall!
