Behold the turtle, he only makes progress when he sticks his neck out.

Baby Steps will get you to the same place as giant leaps as long as you are going in the right direction!!

This is the 2nd exercise from the article I read last week about the three exercises that every woman should do. Now - it you are really into doing this right - you should do today's AND yesterday's. But otherwise - just do today's!!
