Some of these were easier than they looked and some where harder than they looked!! Abs or Upper Body next week people????

Behold the turtle, he only makes progress when he sticks his neck out.

Baby Steps will get you to the same place as giant leaps as long as you are going in the right direction!!

I get it the mat is so while your doing your best to keep this pose you don't get hurt on the hard floor. I'm going to try this lady but i'm not holding out much hope.
