I am working to get back down to 170 (by month end). Last year was rough so I am just getting back into it this month.
I also have a weird goal to reach my next sparkpoints trophy by the end of January so I need perfect attendance wit halmost 50 points a day to get there but I'm on pace so far.
I also want to get back to tracking all my food - very good attracking exercise but not so good on food - that's my main goal this week!
Started Spark April 14, 2009.
Hit first Goal October 2010 !
Hit second goal (145) in June, 2011.
Then I went on vacation - still trying to recover :)
current weight: 135.0
working on exercise this week, because of my back flare-up the last 2 weeks, sure out of sync with doing it when I get home from work.
Every day I am on the verge of making slight changes that would make all the difference in my life.

THIS WEEK starting January 14th everyday I WILL:
-Drink 64 oz h20
-exercise everyday according the beginner's edition of turbo jam this is my last week on it...i've been struggling with it...i missed 2 days of workouts last week in which i will make up for it somehow...lol
-Get caught up on daily scriptures. I haven't read any of it since January 1st.
-clean house and keep it clean
