I am excited that the people I took to church last week want to come back . Our small town has been having a rash of funerals and a lot of families are in need of comfort. Extra prayers are welcomed for those who have recently lost a loved one.
On Ash Wednesday we started our 40 days of prayer. I got two people to attend church one was 9 the other 59. The 9 year old sang with me. It was . I had a great weekend. I had family from Thursday thru Sunday evening. Charged and ready to help hand out brown bags of food to our needy. I walked for hours this weekend, I hurt but I saw Castle Air Museum and Mara my service dog went up the steps into the plane like a trooper. I never trained her for this type of environment.
The main thing I need to 'change' is to build consistency - that is, eliminate some of the change that's already abundant in my life, haha! I also need to get rid of clutter and excess 'stuff' around here AND need to give more attention to my garden. I think all of these are related to health and fitness in one way or another because when we can make our environment pleasing, it reduces stress and clears the mind to focus on more important things!
