Best wishes to you!!! I think I will do a mud run/warrior dash at some point in my life just to say I did it, but after volunteering at the Survivor Mud Run in Elsinore last year, I got my fill of mud for now! LOL But someday...
At any rate, I can tell you that the people passing through the water stop alternately looked like they were having the time of their lives or were ready to just die. :-) My one word of advice has nothing to do with training as I don't even know where to begin to train for one of those things, but if you do one, do NOT wear contact lenses without wearing goggles that will keep out mud. I can't tell you how many people we saw coming through with eye issues because they were wearing contacts and the mud would get in their eyes and scratch the lenses.

Is anyone else doing the Warrior dash? My friends and I just did a womens only 5k obstacle course last weekend and I am lookin forward to another. If anyone has any training tips PLEASE let me know. I am doing what I can but I am always looking for fun new workouts to prepare and change thins up.
