I, CMKUNKL1, am no bowl of stuffing (?), my gobble gobble goal is to complete the Dana Point Turkey Trot 5K and get home to finish making turkey dinner with all the trimmings. I will continue to walk at least 10K steps per day and will consider the Turkey Trot as incremental beyond my usual daily goal. I will report progress here.
Walked a mile in the morning with the cool wind blowing & clean air to take in. Early evening had a super workout with a little zumba added to the mix~Woot! Stuck to the meal plan with extra as an added plus when I felt a hunger pain hit me. I got some wall push~ups in which helped tremendously.
